Precision Hardened Inserts

PHI have been designed to provide a hardened steel thread to resist tensile and torsional loading in the softer aluminum & zinc based die-castings. The external spiral knurl cuts into the parent material reducing radial stresses in the casting.

Printed Circuit Board Fasteners

P-KF2 (PCBR) and P-KFE (SCBR) have been designed to provide a metallic deep tapped thread into resin based printed circuit boards. They combine simple press-in installation with high retention properties and remove any danger of cracking or shattering of the board. A stand-off version is also available.

Amecoil® thread inserts

Used in all industrial sectors, the classic or self-locking AMECOIL® thread insert is the essential element for durable top quality assemblies. The thread insert is manufactured from a diamond shaped wire and forms two high precision concentric threads, one internal and one external. Each thread insert has a engaging tang at one end for quick insertion. Equipment for hand- and machine assembly are available.

Self-locking Anchor ® rivet nut

ASL range of threaded fasteners with locking for thin sheet adds the benefits of a locking function to the Anchor ® rivet nut. ASL has a nylon ring that provides an accurate lock and a high degree of reuse.

MINLOK is a rivet nut for steel sheet with a built-in mechanical locking which means a deformed thread. The nut combines the simplicity of a MINARB with the reliability of a self-locking feature.
